Meditating On The Word Of God day and night.
"Living the Psalms - God's Stress Remover."
God knows exactly what we need and will lead us to the right passage of scripture.
Psalms 23 - Biblical meditation
One of the strongest testimonies his children will ever receive is meditating the word of God. Listening the Word on a daily basis will develop in you a healthy appetite for God's Word. Hearing the Word of God, but also in saying it, declaring God's word (all the judgments of Your mouth) with his lips was another part of our relationship with and love for God.
Basic principle of meditation
How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers! But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season and its leaf does not wither; and in whatever he does, he prospers.

Most of us have to admit what we are not who we really to be. We are not as disciplined, thoughtful, productive, loving or caring as we would like. And sometimes our lives need more than just a little tinkering - we need a fresh start. We are accountable for our actions. God entrusts you with certain resources and abilities and then expects you to maximize them through wise and Godly stewardship. When you become follower of Jesus, he promises renewal that will bring you peace, joy, and a whole new perspective of life. Jesus offers to redeem your thoughts, attitude, habits, regrets, and relationship. You can become the person. God wants you to be and who you want to be as well.
Trusting God with your Marriage - Part 1
by Sis. Joy Osuna
Unity in marriage doesn't begin in examining your partner but in examining self. Unity begins not in demanding that others change, but in admiring that we aren't so perfect ourselves...The answer to arguments is Acceptance. The first step to unity is Acceptance. Not agreement or unanimity but acceptance.
Trusting God with your Marriage - Part 2
by Bro. Mario Osuna
Forgiveness requires two parties - one to ask for it and the other to give it. Between you and God, you are always on the asking side, and He is always on the giving side.
If you are sincere, you are assured of God's forgiveness. No matter what mistakes you've made. God promises that he will completely remove the stain of your sins. When God forgives, He doesn't simply sweep your sin under the carpet; He completely washes them away.
