Like the apostles, we all need a personal, life-giving, life-changing, faith imparting encounter with the risen Lord Jesus Christ. Like them we need to be filled with the Holy Spirit and set ablaze with His holy fire, and filled with boldness and zeal to proclaim, "Jesus, my Lord and my God is risen and alive! Alleluia! Then the Lord can send us as the Father had sent Him - faith filled, anointed, free, bold, and audacious missionary disciples. Alleluia!
Lord Jesus, bring us, bring me from doubt to faith, to freedom, fearlessness, and fully persuaded faith. Lord, fill us with the Holy Spirit and fire and the sure knowledge that we have eternal life, divine resurrected life, and that we are empowered to proclaim the Gospel of salvation through faith in You to others. Thank You, Jesus. Amen!

Stand firm in faith
If you do not stand firm in faith, you shall not stand at all. (Isaiah 7:9) This word to king Ahaz is meant for us as well. Our faith in God must be firm and expecting His goodness to be manifested to us. Our faith cannot be in our perceived strengths or allies. Our faith must be in God, the Almighty. In good times we must nourish and uild our faith sot that when difficulties come we will stand firm in faith.
Wherever you are in your faith journey, do not falter or lose heart. Keep pursuing God; seek His Presence, Protection, Provision, and help. Stand firm in faith and reap His benefits.
